The International Kite Festival 2025 kicked off in Gujarat yesterday and it will continue until January 14, 2025. From January 11th to 14th, 2025, Gujarat’s skies will be transformed into a breathtaking canvas as the world-famous kite festival unfolds. 

This vibrant spectacle promises a dynamic fusion of cultures and a celebration of the time-honoured tradition of kite flying. On Saturday, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel officially inaugurated the 4-day Kite Festival 2025, a grand event that has attracted 143 participants representing 47 countries. 

The festival marks the beginning of a vibrant celebration of kite flying, and highlighting a blend of cultural traditions and global unity. Enthusiasts from around the world will converge in the lively city of Ahmedabad, transforming the skies with their multi-colored creations.
