Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024

Published on

Did you miss your chance to grab the Dil-Luminati tour tickets in September this year? Were you heartbroken? Did you think you’ll not be able to see the man, the legend live? Were you counting yourself amidst the unlucky ones? Don’t Worry; the G.O.A.T. has got your back! Diljit Dosanjh has announced brand new shows in Delhi and Jaipur, the tickets to which had been live on pre-sale on October 09 at 2 pm.

Last month, the noise was all about grabbing the tickets to this one of its kind concert and many even managed. However, there were a few who couldn’t procure one for themselves and were shattered at the thought of not being able to attend the show. Diljit saw the disappointment and so announced the addition of two new shows to the list. So, anyone who badly wanted to see the man perform live and lost their chance then could try their luck this time. But, one had to be very attentive because everyone was eyeing these tickets and only the fastest fingers would win!

Diljit- True to his Name

Not very long ago, Diljit was just an ordinary name but over the years, it has developed its own personality and swag, all because of this one man- Diljit Dosanjh. Every name has a meaning, and Diljit has stood true to his. From being a normal Punjabi boy to rising to being one of the biggest sensations in the industry, he has come a long way, winning hearts simultaneously. What’s even more huge is that he has achieved it all not just in singing, but also in Bollywood, and not just in India, but abroad as well. His recent shows and the crowd’s madness stand testimony to this. Today, his is a name known worldwide and his are the songs that even a non-native knows by heart. His lyrics aren’t just words, they are a feeling and the music is an experience.

Listening to the songs on radio or online is one thing, but to actually stand there in the stadium, amidst the crowd, cheering for an Indian, that too a Punjabi, especially in a foreign land, and just listening to the sheer beauty spreading across the air while one person sings and the crowd just looks up to him, must be an altogether different feeling that can’t be expressed through words.

The Madness

Last month, as soon as Diljit announced his Dil-Luminati tour in India, all of his fans started strategizing about how to get their hands on the tickets to his show. Some people sat in front of multiple screens trying to get in with any chance they got, while some applied leaves from their offices just so they could book their tickets. After all, its Diljit and if they missed it, FOMO would be real. The shows were estimated to be sold out in an hour, but surprisingly, they got sold out in hardly a few minutes!

The newly added shows that had been added as a result of a lot of appeals and requests also got sold out in less than 10 minutes! Not very surprising, though. These are scheduled for October 27 in Delhi and November 3 in Jaipur. While Delhi already had one show and this one would be an add-on, Jaipur would be graced with Paaji’s presence for the very first time.

With so many of his shows in Glasgow, Amsterdam, Germany and other places, he has already spread his charm worldwide. Social media is filled with clips and snippets from cute and precious moments happening during the event. From people being invited on stage, to flying off his jacket randomly, to bringing up some surprise celebrity, Diljit has really won hearts. Above all, his voice, his aura, is just too priceless to be missed. Anyone who has gotten the ticket is getting even more eager and impatient to attend the show in their city. Someone is crying over missing the ticket by a second, while someone is deciding outfits for the show, its crazy!

Why is it a Big Deal?

This is not just any concert and Diljit is not just any singer. He is one of the very few Punjabi artists who has made his mark worldwide and is making all Punjabis and Indians proud. This time, he’s touring round his homeland and it is not an occasion to miss. It is going to be a festival- of beats, emotions, valour and lots of Punjabi tunes.

Conclusion

So, missing out on those tickets isn’t even an option for someone who claims to be a Diljit fan, which is basically most of the nation. No one would want to feel left out in the future conversations where everyone around would be talking about how amazing the concert was, and they would have no idea because their laziness or not-so-quick action led them to miss out on the ticket.

The tour is all set to begin from October 26 in Delhi and the excitement can already be sensed in the air. It is going to be one of the best concerts in history where the artist knows how to connect with his audience.

For those who didn’t get lucky even the second time, all we have to say is stay hopeful. Who knows, more new shows might get added. This is not meant to support any delusions but in case a third round of sale is announced, one must stay fully aware and updated. If not, Instagram stories on the D-day would definitely be so flooded that people who don’t get to attend the concert will feel they were a part of it too.
